(IsraelNN.com) Retired District Court Judge Uri Struzman has stated that the High Court contradicted its own previous ruling on which it based its decision to order the expulsion of Jewish residents from the Peace House in Hevron. He wrote in an article that the previous ruling on which the court relied actually should have been used to prevent the expulsion order.

Judge Struzman charged that High Court Justice Ayala Procatzia twisted the significance of the fundamental principle cited in a case she quoted in her Peace House decision. "The High Court should have…referred the case to the District Court to decide the question of temporary holding of the building," according to Judge Struzman. "It is not strange that the settlers are screaming that justice has not been served, rather that the judge's political opinions have been the basis for their decision."
