American M-60 tanks, slated to be sold to the Lebanese army, may end up in the hands of Hizbullah terrorists, according to Israeli military officials. Dozens of the tanks will be sold and sent to Lebanon next year, according to a Lebanese daily.

The sale of tanks would be part of a $410 million American military program for the Lebanese army and aimed at improving its ability to combat Hizbullah.
