Hizbullah terrorists in Lebanon are training south of the Litani River, in direct violation of the United Nations Security Council Resolution 1701, which ended the Second Lebanon War two years ago. A Lebanese television station reported that the training exercise included a mock deployment of forces near the Lebanese-Israeli border.
The ceasefire resolution prohibits Hizbullah activity south of the Litani.
