The car bombing in Tel Aviv Monday just after noon was not a terror attack, but rather an organized crime killing. The victim has been identified as a long time leader of a criminal organization, Yaakov Alperin.
He had Monday morning been at the courthouse in the matter of an indictment of his son Dror.
Alperin was the only killed. One passerby and another driver were wounded, not seriously.
