Soldiers rounded up six wanted terrorists in Judea and Samaria overnight, three in the Jenin area in central Samaria and three in Bethlehem and neighboring villages, south of Jerusalem. All of the suspects are being questioned by security personnel.
The IDF carries out nightly counterterrorist operations, including the cities of Jenin and Shechem, where the Palestinian Authority has deployed armed special forces, ostensibly to track down and arrest terrorists. However, most of their activities are restricted to criminal and traffic offenses, and they do not work in the middle of the night.
