Czech police have held for questioning three neo-Nazis suspected of attacking a German Jew who lives in Prague. The 52-year-old man was kicked and hit with a cobblestone late Tuesday. Maximum punishment for the offenses is five years in jail. The suspects are in their early 20s.
Other anti-Semitic incidents were reported in the United States, where Westchester County police said graffiti was scrawled at the Solomon Schechter School. In San Francisco, the Lincoln Park Holocaust Memorial was vandalized for the second time in a month, with swastikas drawn on the bronze sculpture.
