(IsraelNN.com) The High Court for Justice issued a temporary order Wednesday against the Beit El Local Council and the Beit El Yeshiva complex instructing them to refrain from any construction on a plot that two Arabs claim is rightfully theirs.

The plot is located in a neighborhood of Beit El known as Pisgat Ya'akov (Jacob's Peak). Near the top of the hill is a spot believed by some to be where Jacob had his dream of the ladder.

Judge Hanan Meltzer also issued a temporary order to the Minister of Defense and to the IDF in which he instructed them to make sure that no one moves into the areas in dispute.
