The Chief Military Prosecutor Avichai Mendelbleet decided Tuesday to file indictments against four of the late Warrant Officer Assaf Waxman. Waxman was killed when an armored personnel carrier flipped over in the Golan Heights approximately one year ago.
They will be charged with negligently causing a death.
