(IsraelNN.com) Major western currencies closed lower against the shekel in Monday trading.The United States dollar lost 1.048 percent at NIS 3.776. The euro closed at 4.872 shekels, down .523 percent. The pound sterling was down 1.016 percent at NIS 5.9614
