Elisheva Federman, the wife of Hevron activist Noam Federman, was arrested a few minutes ago by Judea and Samaria district police. 

According to an eyewitness report, officers arrested her on charges stemming from an incident that occurred six years ago, as she got out of a car in front of a nursery to pick up her baby from day care at the end of the day. A crowd of Jewish women has gathered at the site.
