Defense Minister Ehud Barak decided on Monday afternoon that Israel will not resume shipments of fuel to Gaza, and crossings into the Hamas-controlled area will remain closed, in response to continued missile fire on the western Negev. Announcement of the decision came after the defense minister met with security officials, and another session is set for Monday evening.
At least three Kassam rockets landed in the western Negev during the day, with no casualties or damage being reported in the attacks.
