Kadima Chairwoman Tzipi Livni Sunday morning told Army Radio that the issue of Jerusalem has not yet reached the negotiating table. She said clearly "I have not spoken about Jerusalem so far."
Livni explained what she thinks might be the source of confusion on the matter of Jerusalem. "At Annapolis Israel accepted on herself the obligation to include in talks every permanent status issue that was established way back in the Oslo period, the Kadima chairwoman said, "it's very important to differentiate between the obligation to speak, and between making a concession."
