The Israeli Air Force fired on a rocket launcher in the al-Atatra area of Gaza on Saturday night. The launcher was ready to fire on the western Negev.
Gaza sources said there were no casualties in the strike.
Defense Minister Ehud Barak has said the IDF will not target Gaza terrorist infrastructure despite dozens of recent rocket attacks, in order to maintain the temporary ceasefire with Hamas. However, the IDF has been ordered to eliminate immediate threats.
