The son of assassinated Prime Minister Yitzchak Rabin may vote for the Likud party in the February general election according to Yediot Ahronot. Reporter Yuval Karni reports in Tuesday's edition of the newspaper that [Yuval] "Rabin considers Netanyahu as a legitimate candidate who is acceptable for the position of prime minister. Rabin's decision stems, among other things, from the feeling that there is no other worthy alternative in the coming elections. Rabin the son is identified with the center of the political map, but he is disappointed with Labor."

Former Prime Minister Yitzchak Rabin headed the Labor party. November 4th is the 13th anniversary of his assassination. Official memorial ceremonies will be held on the Hebrew date of the anniversary of his death, which falls this year on November 10th.
