Efforts to Distance Rally from Gaza's Sight

(IsraelNN.com) Police and the army are providing heavy security for the Shalit protest at the Kerem Shalom crossing. The crossing itself is within sight of Hamas positions in Gaza, and so there was a security effort to distance the rally approximately 100 yards, according to Yeshiva World News.
An IDF battalion commander tried to convince the rally that a large sukkah also be put up between the rally and the Gaza border.
