The IDF reported that at least two Arab rioters involved in throwing firebombs at Jewish drivers Wednesday night near Beit El escaped. Soldiers shot at and hit a third.
The type of firebomb used in the instance was not reported, but most often they use Molotov cocktails. Those are comprised of bottles or similar containers with narrow openings through which a piece of scrap cloth is placed as a wick, and lit. They are partially filled with various flammable liquids.
The 20-year-old Arab fire-bomber who was shot by soldiers later died of his wounds.
