(IsraelNN.com) Jewish National Front leader Baruch Marzel told Ynet on Sunday that he intends to establish an organization modeled along the lines of the Jewish Defense League created by Rabbi Meir Kahane in the United States to defend the Jews of Akko. Marzel talked to the Yediot Ahronot daily's website after arriving in Akko for a tour in light of the riots which broke out in the city between Jews and Arabs on Yom Kippur.

Marzel told Ynet, “I am sorry that we need to establish such organizations in Israel." He called upon Jews who have been ordered out of Judea, Samaria and Gaza to move to the northern port city.
