The Arab driver, Jamal Tawfik, who started the riots in Akko by driving through the Jewish section on Yom Kippur will attend the Knesset's Internal Affairs Committee meeting this afternoon. It is an emergency meeting to deal with the ongoing riots in the city between Jews and Arabs.

Aside from Knesset members, the commander of the Akko police station, the Galilee Police District commander, and the Director-general of the city's Festival of Alternative Theater,  Albert Ben-Chelouche, are expected to attend.
