Abbas Arrives in Syria

(IsraelNN.com) Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas arrived in Syria on Saturday. Abbas will meet with Syrian President Bashar Assad on Sunday to discuss talks between Fatah and Hamas and negotiations with Israel.
Abbas has stated that the purpose for his visit is to coordinate his negotiation tactics with Assad. Assad is pressuring Israel to return the strategic Golan region, while Abbas is demanding Judea, Samaria, Gaza, much of Jerusalem, and more.
