While Israel maintains a ceasefire in Gaza, Gaza terrorists continue to train in preparation for the next round of fighting. Terrorists from Hamas and Islamic Jihad held training exercises in the past week during which they fired heavy weaponry and practiced breaking into IDF positions and kidnapping soldiers.
The terrorists also practiced reacting to Israeli operations and dealing with Gaza Arabs suspected of assisting Israel. An Islamic Jihad spokesman quoted in Israeli media outlet Omedia said the training was supervised by the group's leadership.
