'Orange' Cell Phone to Provide Internet

Partner Communications, which operates the Orange cell phone system, has announced it will become an Internet service provider by next year. It will be the first multimedia portal in Israel, offering e-mail access, voice over broadband services and entertainment.

The company has signed agreements with Israeli and international music producers for its "Orangetime," which will be similar to Apple's iTunes, Globes reported.
