(IsraelNN.com) Likud chairman and Opposition leader Binyamin (Bibi) Netanyahu told a press conference several minutes ago that he is against joining a new unity government because of what he said is the necessity for general elections. He expressed objections to allowing 35,000 Kadima party members to decide the leader of the government by staging last week's leadership vote.

MK Netanyahu also said that the Likud is against dividing Jerusalem and there is no common ground with an administration led by Kadima's new leader Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni.
