Kassem Mughrabi, the 19-year-old attacker who rammed his BMW into a crowd of pedestrians near the Jaffa Gate outside Jerusalem's Old City on Monday night, was the third terrorist this year to claim residency in the eastern Jerusalem neighborhood of Jabel Mukabar.
The Arab neighborhood was also home to one of the two terrorists who carried out attacks on civilians in the capital using construction bulldozers this summer, as well as the terrorist who massacred eight young students at the Merkaz HaRav Kook yeshiva in Jerusalem in the spring.
None of the homes of any of the terrorists has yet been razed.
