Israel’s top young clothing and jewelry designers were showcased in Boston on Thursday as part of Boston Fashion Week 2008.

“Get Stylin’ with the Hottest Israeli Designers,” was sponsored by Combined Jewish Philanthropies of Boston and the Consulate General of Israel to New England. Consul General Nadav Tamir said the spotlight was cast on the designers as a way to display Israel's fashion and culture prowess, and to bring Israeli fashion to a wider audience.

The event featured up-and-coming designers, Hadas Tzur, Michael Fadlon for Mikusha, Liat Zarmon, My Black Dress by Shenkar, Maya Meirav, and Hagar Satat.
