The gap in earnings between men and women employed on kibbutzim, cooperative agricultural communities, is almost nonexistent, according to a survey by the kibbutz movement.
The highest salary being paid on a kibbutz is NIS 16,500 and the lowest is NIS 4,100, about 10 percent more than the minimum wage.
