A terrorist from Ramallah attacked a soldier at the Almog checkpoint near the Dead Sea on Monday afternoon, stabbing him in the back and stealing his gun. The soldier suffered moderate wounds and was taken to a Jerusalem hospital in stable condition.

Security forces pursued the terrorist to a nearby gas station, where they found him hiding in the bathroom. The terrorist was arrested.
