The Tel Aviv District Court on Monday sentenced a 37-year-old PLO Arab to 10 years in jail for violently sodomizing a 17-year-old Tel Aviv boy last year.

Mohammed Habatz admitted to carrying out the offense and was given a plea bargain. He was living in Israel illegally when he confronted the youth in the Tel Aviv Central Bus Station, dragged him into an alley and raped him at knife-point.
