The owner of a high-tech company has bought a 150-square meter apartment for NIS 3.45 million in "The Supreme: project at the former site of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Jerusalem, according to Globes online business magazine. The Yehuda Rahamim Building Company has already sold five apartments in the three-building project for a total of NIS 18 million. Each building will be seven storeys tall, with all three being joined by a large common lobby.

Construction of "The Supreme" began two months ago, and it is expected to be completed by the end of 2010.
