(IsraelNN.com) An attempted suicide bombing by an Arab teenager has been cited by military and intelligence officials as evidence that Prime Minister Ehud Olmert is moving too fast on "goodwill" measures to ease travel restrictions in Judea and Samaria. Army soldiers caught the teenager at a checkpoint near Shechem, one of several roadblocks that Abbas wants the Prime Minister to remove. His previously-ordered removal of several checkpoints has been followed by an escalation of rock throwing and firebombing attacks against Israeli motorists. Two Years Ago at IsraelNationalNews.com Attorney General Menachem Mazuz has indicated he is contemplating moving ahead with criminal charges against MK Azmi Bishara for violating Israeli law by visiting an enemy nation, Syria. During his visit, the Arab lawmaker warned against a possible multi-pronged Israeli attack. --The Jewish Agency, which since 1948 has promoted Jewish immigration to Israel and Zionist ties with the Diaspora, now is aiding Arab villages. Funds from the Agency have been channeled to an Arab-Druze town in the Galilee. -- IDF intelligence chief Amos Yadlin told the Cabinet that Syria is planning to copy the Hizbullah strategy of digging underground bunkers to stage guerilla attacks against Israel on the Golan Heights. ![]() Check out the Chill Zone - Funny, Entertaining Videos © IsraelNN Syndications - This article may not be republished freely.
