IDF Warns Officers Abroad of Hizbullah Threat

The IDF has told officers abroad they should return to Israel because of threats by Hizbullah that its terrorists will stage an attack on Jewish targets throughout the world. The threats have increased towards the anniversary of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks on the Twin Towers on New York, the Pentagon and a key government site where an attack was prevented when the pilot prematurely downed his plane.

Hizbullah has warned it will revenge the February assassination of its leading terrorist, Imad Mughniyeh, although Israel has denied any connection in the car-bombing that killed him.
