Seven ex-officials from the Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet) and the Mossad international intelligence agency were ordered to return to Israel immediately after credible information was received that Hizbullah terrorists had been dispatched to kill them.
The former intelligence officers were abroad at the time, according to a report published Tuesday in the Kuwaiti newspaper, Al-Jarida. All were reportedly engaged in selling weapons at the time, and were located in countries that have no diplomatic ties with Israel.
