Bloomberg LP, the world's largest financial media company, will open its first office in Israel on September 10, according to Globes online business magazine. Bloomberg, which employs 10,000 people in 126 offices worldwide, has rented space in Jerusalem's Malcha Technology Park.

Bloomberg Professional service, which provides real-time news, data, and tools for financial and journalistic institutions, was founded by Michael Bloomberg, who became the Mayor of New York City.
