Magen David Adom, Israel's emergecy medical response service, will open this year's "Lifesaving Olympics" on the top of Masada on September 7.

The four-day event, in which paramedic teams from all over Israel and the world will show off their lifesaving skills, will see 180 participants from thirteen countries competing.
