Israel may be willing to release up to 450 Hamas terrorists from its jails in return for Cpl. Gilad Shalit, according to a report from the meeting of the ministerial committee discussing the matter Sunday.
Vice Prime Minister Chaim Ramon said after the meeting: "If Hamas doesn't relax its demands as well there will be no deal."
