Police scuba divers have been forced to suspend their search of the Yarkon River for the body of four-year-old Rose Pizem due to the high level of pollution in the water, reported IDF Army Radio Sunday morning.  It is feared that the divers themselves may become poisoned by the foul waters as a result of the hours they are spending in the depths searching for the little girl's body.

Rose's grandfather confessed to murdering the child and tossing her body into the river, but also changed the story a number of times, leaving doubt as to whether her remains are actually to be found there.
