The IDF reported Thursday that it has removed 10 roadblocks in the Hevron area in the past few weeks "in order to improve the routine life of the Palestinian population." 

More than 100 security checkpoints have been eliminated as part of the "good will gestures" and security concessions to the Palestinian Authority by Prime Minister Ehud Olmert, Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni and Defense Minister Ehud Barak since May.  In addition, 198  PA terrorists and security prisoners, including two with "blood on their hands," were released earlier this week.
