Public Security Minister Avi Dichter arrived at the search site along the Yarkon River in Tel Aviv where divers are continuing their search for 4-year-old Rose, the little girl who disappeared four months ago.

"There is no doubt that, as a society, Israel was not there for the child when she was in need of help. Police will do what it takes to bring this story to a close," Dichter told reporters at the scene. Although Rose's grandfather confessed to her murder, he has changed his story several times and police have not yet found her body where he said it would be.
