British Foreign Secretary David Miliband Wednesday accused Moscow of trying to redraw the map in the Caucasus and of "playing power politics" in its invasion of Georgia. Russia, he said, has made military gains, but will eventually feel economic and political losses.
In a speech before students in the Ukrainian capital Kiev, Miliband offered a message of support for Ukraine and said Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has "a big responsibility not to start" a new Cold War.
