(IsraelNN.com) Billionaire Daniel Abraham is helping Prime Minister Ehud Olmert to put pressure on Fatah-PA chief Mahmoud Abbas to sign a draft for a permanent accord with Israel in the coming weeks.

Abraham, who is considered a dove and is politically close to Olmert and President Shimon Peres, has spent the past few days in Israel and has met with Abbas several times in Ramallah.

Olmert has said in closed conversations that it is possible to reach an accord on the subjects of territory, refugees and security, and that a 3-5 year timetable for solving the problems regarding Jerusalem can be set.
