Egg Prices Rise Tonight

(IsraelNN.com) The Ministers of Finance and Agriculture signed an order raising the price of eggs by an average of 8.2 percent, beginning Monday. This means that an egg will cost about 7 agorot more.
The Agriculture Ministry said that the rise reflected increased costs of grains used for chicken feed.
12 extra-large (XL) eggs will cost NIS 12.45 at retail stores. Large (L) eggs will cost NIS 11.20 a dozen and medium sized (M) eggs will cost NIS 10 a dozen.
