South Ossetia Hopes to Unite with Russian North Ossetia

(IsraelNN.com) South Ossetian President Eduard Koikoty announced Tuesday afternoon that he is hoping to unite his province with the Russian region of North Ossetia.
According to the Russian news agency, RIA-Novosti, "We have said more than once, and I want to confirm it again - we are a people divided. This is a problem and of course we will seek a union with North Ossetia," he said.
