A special El Al flight is leaving Israel Tuesday morning to rescue approximately 230 Israelis from Georgia, which is being pounded by Russia in continued fighting. The plane is scheduled to return Tuesday night.
Arkia Airlines said that a radar failure at the Tbilisi airport is preventing it from sending an earlier than scheduled flight to bring back to Israel a group of 100 tourists who arrived in Georgia on Friday.
