The first poll to be based on an updated list of Kadima party members shows Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni ahead of Transportation and Road Safety Minister Shaul Mofaz. A Dialogue poll for Channel 10 television gave the Foreign Minister a 10 point lead over her principal opponent, with Public Security Minister Avi Dichter and Interior Minister Meir Sheetrit trailing far behind.
In response to the question of voter preferences if only the two front-runners were to remain in the race, Foreign Minister Livni's lead was cut to six percentage points, with 39 percent of the respondents backing her and 33 percent supporting Mofaz.
Most of the "undecided" vote was registered among Arab members of the party.
