The "Gap" international fashion store network is considering setting up operations in Israel, Globes reported. Company officials are due to visit the country in September and examine the local market.

Gap has grown to 3,463 stores since it was founded 39 years ago. It produces casual wear for men and women and also offers cosmetics.
