PLO Arabs and Israeli security forces are fighting in the Judean town of Samoa near the Jewish holy city of Hebron, after PLO Arabs dismantled a tent erected by local Jewish citizens.  IDF and security services arrived to break up fighting between the Arabs and the Jews whose tent was torn down.

The Arabs have become enraged by the refusal of the police to arrest the Jews for cursing Islam and its founder Muhammed.  The police have stated that there is no law preventing the Jews from cursing Islam.
