Rabin Granddaughter's Husband Under Arrest

(IsraelNN.com) Attorney Eldad Rothman, who was Ehud Olmert's aide when Olmert was Minister of Industry, Trade and Labor, was arrested Thursday and released to house arrest, on the condition that he remain there until the completion of Olmert's interrogation session Friday.

Rothman was interrogated on charges regarding improper political appointments made by Olmert. Rothman is the husband of Noa Ben-Artzi, granddaughter of late prime minister Yitzchak Rabin, and the son of Shlomo Rothman, Chairman of the Israel Electric Corporation.
