Handicapped people have reached Ra'anana and Herzliya in their journey from Kiryat Shmona to Jerusalem to protest for higher payments from the Welfare Ministry. They are meeting other handicapped people at a center for the handicapped

The trip form the Upper Galilee began with just five handicapped people. Dozens of others have joined along the way. They plan to reach the offices of the Welfare Ministry n Jerusalem on Monday, where other demonstrators have been present for the past two months.
