Egyptian border guards shot and killed a Sudanese migrant who was trying to cross a barb-wired section of the Israeli-Egyptian border early Wednesday. Egyptian sources said the 24-year-old man was shot in the back of the head after ignoring warning shots, and three others were arrested.
Another Sudanese citizen was killed two weeks ago in a similar incident.
