The IDF and police have decided to beef up their presence on the roads near Yitzhar in Samaria, after an incident in which Jews are suspected of targeting an Arab vehicle.
Haaretz reported Tuesday that there will be a stepped up security presence, especially on week ends, along roads in the area of Yitzhar as well as near Havat Gilad, Adei Ad and Maon in southern Mount Hevron.
A security source said there had been several attacks against Arabs which seemed to be the work of local Jews, including one in which an Arab woman and girl were hurt by a brick thrown at their car.
