(IsraelNN.com) The Bank of Israel annual banking report for the year 2007 shows that Bank Leumi and Mizrachi Tefachot Bank are the most efficient Israeli banks, with Israel Discount Bank scoring significantly less.
The annual report measures the efficiency of Israel's banks based on the salary cost versus output and the ratio between a bank's total revenue and its expenses.
